  On November 25, 2024, Yongtaiyun Group held an annual safety management meeting, which aimed to comprehensively review and deeply analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the company's safety management in the past year. Through detailed data analysis and case study, the highlights of safety management work and the areas to be improved were accurately grasped. And combined with the company's development strategy and the industry development trend, we have clearly defined the key direction of safety management in the coming year.

  At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Jin Kangsheng, Deputy General Manager of Yongtaiyun Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd., made a systematic summary of the safety management work over the past year, emphasizing the key role of the safety management system in guaranteeing the stable operation of the enterprise and preventing the risk of accidents.

  Afterwards,the meeting entered the stage of in-depth analysis and discussion. The general manager, safety director (or person in charge of safety) and person in charge of the management of the main business operation of the freight forwarding sector of each company carried out in-depth analysis and discussion on the current problems in safety management, such as the risk control of specific operation links, emergency rescue capabilities, new challenges brought about by the application of AI technology and information platform, and personnel training. Through brainstorming and experience sharing, the meeting put forward a series of targeted improvement measures and innovative ideas, aiming to further optimize the safety management system and enhance the efficiency of safety management.

  The meeting demanded that we should be guided by the three-year action plan (2024-2026) of Ministry of State Security, comprehensively implement the requirements of the action for tackling the root causes of production safety, and adhere to the principle of "Put People And Their Lives First", and promote the benign interaction between high-quality development and high level safety. Focusing on business characteristics, we need to improved the safety management system, and strengthen the management of hidden dangers and emergency response capacity building. Taking into account the development strategy of the company and the development trend of the industry, we have clearly defined the key directions of safety management in the coming year, including but not limited to: optimizing management according to business segments, strengthening the investigation and management of hidden dangers, improving emergency management capability, strengthening reporting and communication mechanism, enhancing professional capability of personnel, improving the level of technology and facilities, and strengthening the management of construction projects under construction.

  At the end of the meeting, Mr. Chen Yongfu, Chairman and General Manager of Yongtaiyun Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd. put forward great expectations to all the staff, emphasized that the results of the meeting should be put into practice with a sense of responsibility and mission, and reiterated that safety is the cornerstone of production and enterprise development, which must be put in the first place.

  Mr. Chen further pointed out that we need to effectively enhance the safety awareness of individuals and teams, and implement comprehensive and strict safety control. It is necessary to ensure that every step of operation from the source to the terminal meets the highest safety standards, so as to build an impenetrable safety defense line.
